Anne is a Registered Social Worker and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner living and practicing in Ottawa.

Anne has extensive training in Sandtray-Worldplay and Play Therapy. She has also completed her training as a Family Constellations facilitator and recently completed Stepping Stones IFS training. She loves how all the modalities can be woven together.

Anne has two adult children one who are living their best lives in Toronto and Whistler. She loves to be outside and especially cherishes time spent with her partners and her dog Rosa.
