I'm a Registered Psychotherapist walking with individuals, couples, and groups through the complex terrain of trauma, migration, and cultural disconnection. Growing up in South America, I understand that healing thrives on justice, community, and the stories we carry.
My journey as a mother and a migrant has shown me that we can open up, grow in unexpected ways, and start anew, often in ways we didn’t foresee.
This informs my body-centered, relational practice. I listen deeply, paying attention to the silence between words, the body's rhythms, and the places where culture and stories intertwine. Like a plant reaching for sunlight, sometimes bending and at other times thriving, this work requires me to return repeatedly with honest and imperfect patience.
Healing and justice coexist. How we care for our bodies, honor our origins, and connect with one another is how we resist, remember, and envision new possibilities.
In the spaces I create, there is room for what is delicate, tangled, and genuine. I hold this with gentle care, fierce respect, and a belief in the wisdom already within you.
