I have been an SEP for about 3 years and do psychotherapy, SE and clinical consultation in my full-time private practice in Winnipeg. I am also an instructor in the Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy program at the University of Winnipeg. My education is in relational therapy, and I've also done a 16 month post-grad training in eating problems and embodiment with the Women's Therapy Centre Institute in New York City. I have additional training in Internal Family Systems, Emotion-Focused Couple Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I have always been curious about how people experience themselves, the people in their lives, and the world. SE has deepened that curiosity and expanded it, and given me remarkably helpful tools to be with people on their healing and recovery path. I'm excited to participate in SE training to see other practitioners embarking on that journey and to keep growing and learning myself. If I boil it down to the most basic level, I really like connecting with people in meaningful ways. I look forward to connecting with you, too!
