I am a bilingual Registered Psychotherapist (RP) and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) in Ottawa, ON, working in private practice since 2021. I completed my master's degree in Counselling and Spirituality at Saint Paul University in 2021 and my Somatic Experiencing training in the spring of 2025. I have a special interest in working with individuals (18+) who are on a personal development journey or who have experienced trauma, chronic stress, anxiety or who have psychosomatic symptoms.

Since 2018, I have had the privilege of working in the field of mental health in various capacities. My background has been in non-profit organization, hospitals and community-based mental health. By being fluently bilingual, I have had the ability to offer client-centred services in both French and English to adapt to the needs of my clients.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through weightlifting, spending quality time with friends and family, and getting outdoors with my two English Cocker Spaniels.
