They/them/none

I am a French Acadian settler with Mi'kmaq family ancestry who practices somatic experiencing therapy on the Haldimand Tract (Kitchener, ON). I try to bring deep care and cultural humility to my work, honouring the complexities of identity, belonging, and intergenerational resilience. I am rooted in decolonizing, anti-oppressive, anti-racist, trauma-informed practices that aim to support individual and collective healing without pathologizing difference. As a gender expansive Autistic ADHD'er therapist, and trauma survivor I provide support to other neurodivergent Two-Spirit and LGBTQIA+ people as they (re)define their values and (re)connect with their intuitive sense of themselves and the world around them. I have experience working with people navigating the impacts of complex trauma, burnout, identity stress, and systemic harm (think experience in childhood, gender-based violence, and disability, chronic illness, navigating ableism, accessibility, abuse of power, intergenerational trauma, identity and more)

I support people in reconnecting with the wisdom of their bodies. Whether you're navigating living with past or intergenerational trauma, neurodivergence, queerness, or the impacts of colonialism, I offer care that is grounded in nervous system awareness, cultural humility, and relational safety. My approach is not about "fixing," but about listening deeply, making space for your truths, your rage, your grief, your joy, and your complexity.

In my work I aim to co-create a safer space where complexity is welcomed and lived experience is honoured to make room for something different to happen. My approach is collaborative, culturally attuned, and rooted in both lived experience and advanced training in trauma-informed care. I bring a systemic lens to my work, recognizing that our experiences do not happen in a vacuum, that there are many ways to exist and understand and that there are often layered with histories of displacement, resistance and survival. I try to wholistically support people’s deepening understanding of themselves and their inner compass to support long-term nervous system regulation, emotional regulation and sustainable healing.

I offer a depth-oriented approach that is relational, thoughtful, and grounded in both somatic wisdom and systemic awareness. I love working with curious people who are looking to create meaningful transformation rooted in nervous system awareness, identity affirmation, and enduring change.
