I am a Transformational Somatic Trauma Healing Coach and SEP.

I combine a blend of calm, curiosity and playfulness with deep presence, compassion, and support in sitting with clients. My clients are people who struggle with the intrusive and challenging impacts of developmental trauma, Complex PTSD and what Somatic Experiencing calls Global High Intensity Activation in their nervous systems. Many of my clients are therapists or healers themselves.

I have lived inside a global high nervous system throughout my life, so I am able to have compassion and understanding of that experience in clients without getting over-serious or stuck myself. There is plenty of room for each client to be exactly who and where they are, with no hurry to fix or change anything. Of course, change does happen, but there’s no pressure, no rush, no judgment about where someone is and what is happening in their body, mind, and emotions.

I have had training in Somatic Experiencing, Transformational Coaching, NeuroEffective Relational Model® (NARM), Integral Somatic Psychology™ (ISP - emotional embodiment), Inner Relationship Focusing (IRF - parts work), Voice Dialogue, ShadowWork®, and Kathy Kain’s Somatic Skills.

I am currently approved to offer SE Personal Sessions for credit at all levels and to offer SE Individual Consultations at the Beginning level.

I work with clients throughout the world over Zoom. I have no question about the level of connection, insight and magic that is possible via virtual sessions.
