Rose Matousek

Rose received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from McGill University and pursued advanced training at McGill Programs in Whole Person Care. She is a clinical, health, and rehabilitation psychologist registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. She is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner in Ottawa, Ontario. She has also completed the Level 2 NARM Therapist Training and is pursuing her Level 3 NARM Master Training. Rose is experienced in the treatment of mood, anxiety, and adjustment difficulties in adults. She also has a strong interest in assisting adults undergoing various health challenges, particularly in the areas of acute and chronic medical conditions, such as chronic pain, cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, connective tissue disorders/Ehlers Danlos syndrome (EDS), environmental/chemical sensitivities, and infertility. She is committed to helping others foster their personal and professional growth and development, and to assisting others with building emotional resiliency in the face of life's many challenges and transitions. She is approved to assist at the beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.
